Summer NAMM just ended and we decided it would be a great time to stock up on used guitars! We now have almost 200 in stock that you can try out for yourself. In today's article, we're going to showcase some of our favorites.
Tele's are the classic guitar that you could pick out in a crowd. These always go really quickly and we've only got one left (at the time of writing this article). If you need a guitar that's second to none in jazz and cleaner styles, don't wait any longer. This is a great price for a used tele in awesome condition and it won't be around long.
Anyone who knows me will tell you I have a soft spot for Guild. Their guitars sound incredible and play so easily. One of the best guitars we have seen from Guild is this African mahogany D120. It sounds massive, yet so silky to compliment any voice or other instrument combination. This also includes a deluxe gig bag. $599 is a great price for a lifelong instrument.
This T-Bird is our first electric from Guild. The colorful Guild pickups have a few different tonal setting options in which you can flip a switch and literally have a completely different sounding guitar. We came to the unanimous conclusion that this guitar is made for rock and roll, but would also work great with jazz, country, etc. With the unique body shape and intricate electronics, T-Birds are, without a doubt, a must-have collector piece.
Our salesperson, Ben, loves when Breedlove guitars come in - and for good reason. The Concert Pursuit pictured above is made of cedar-mahogany. This combination of wood brings together the beautiful, sparkly color of cedar with the warmth and smooth response of mahogany. It is the ultimate tonal palette for recording. Chords are very lush and single notes are very articulate, so not a single note is lost. This even has a USB port for easy, plug and play interfacing with recording software!
Have you ever seen an electric guitar with flat-wound strings? Neither have we - until today! The Alvarez AAT35 Archtop hollow body has such a colorful, warm tone that works wonders for big bands and jazz groups. The flat-wound strings in conjunction with the Duncan Designed humbuckers are the perfect combination of blending tones that are reminiscent of Count Basie. These are our five favorites, but these won't last long. Be sure to check out all of our others guitars
